At FLARENOVA, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order — no restocking fees, as long as the items are in new condition.

 

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

● Items must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.

● Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and include the original return tag attached (no tampering).

● The return must include:

○ Original invoice

○ Certificate of authenticity

○ All complimentary accessories (gift box, pouch, jewelry cloth, diamond certificate, etc.) in reusable condition

● A $50 replacement fee will apply for each missing lab-grown diamond certificate. Missing or damaged accessories may also incur replacement fees.

 

What Can Be Returned?

The following items are eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day window:

● Fine jewelry

● Engagement rings

● Wedding bands

● Loose lab-grown diamonds or gemstones

(unless otherwise specified as final sale)

 

What Can’t Be Returned?

● Items returned after 30 days from delivery

● Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered by any party other than FLARENOVA

● Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

● Jewelry or diamonds that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

 

Refunds

● Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

● Any applicable fees (e.g., missing certificate replacement) will be deducted from the refund.

● Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

 

How to Return

1. Request a Return Authorization

Email us at support@flarenova.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you:

● A return authorization code

● Return instructions and the correct return address in China

2. Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) along with:

● Return authorization code

● Original invoice

● All jewelry packaging and complimentary items

Note: Please ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping service. FLARENOVA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

3. Ship It

Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt as proof.

 

Important Notes

● Returns without authorization, missing tags, or incomplete packaging may be refused.

● Refunds and exchanges will be processed only after items pass quality inspection.

● Exchanges are subject to product availability.

● Custom or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return.
