At FLARENOVA, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, responsibly sourced lab-grown diamonds, and timeless designs that stand the test of time. We take pride in each piece we create, and your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

If you have concerns about your jewellery, please contact our customer support team at support@flarenova.com to arrange an inspection. You may return the item to us via post for evaluation by our production team. If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

If the issue is not deemed a result of manufacturing, we will inform you of the available repair services and provide a cost estimate.

What Is (and Isn’t) Covered

● Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials are covered under our lifetime warranty.

● Natural characteristics of diamonds and gemstones (whether lab-grown or mined)—including inclusions, slight color variations, and asymmetry—are not considered defects.

● Minor differences between handcrafted pieces are normal and reflect the artisan nature of our jewellery.

● Our warranty does not cover:

○ Normal wear and tear

○ Accidental damage or misuse

○ Bent prongs or worn settings

○ Loss of stones

○ Discoloration due to chemical exposure

○ Theft or loss

We recommend insuring your jewellery through a trusted provider to protect against theft, damage, or loss.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Conditions

Please note the following conditions apply to our guarantee:

● Warranty applies only to FLARENOVA-made items and is valid for the original purchaser.

● Alterations or repairs performed by third-party jewellers will void the warranty.

● If your piece experiences any trauma (drops, knocks, pressure), contact us immediately for an inspection. Timely action can prevent further damage.

● Annual inspections and maintenance are strongly recommended to preserve the integrity of your jewellery.

If your custom design is assessed by our experts as structurally unsound, we will advise necessary modifications. Should you choose to proceed against our recommendation, the warranty will no longer apply.

Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection

We encourage all customers to have their jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected once a year or after any significant impact. This helps maintain brilliance and prevent issues like stone loss.

● Customers are responsible for shipping both ways, including insurance coverage during transit.

Ring Resizing Policy

● One complimentary ring resize within 60 days of receiving your order

● Applies to most ring styles, including full eternity bands (subject to evaluation)

● Resizing takes approximately 2 weeks

● If resizing requires a remake, the lead time is up to 5 weeks

● Shipping fees (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer

If you're gifting a ring or unsure about sizing, our team is happy to help estimate the best size based on your guidance. Should the fit not be perfect, our complimentary resize service ensures you don’t need to worry—just reach out within the 60-day window.

After the initial 60 days, resizing services remain available but will be subject to an additional fee.
